Dispatch Service for Small Carriers
We act as your professional dispatch desk. We plan your entire fleet's week, coordinate drivers, handle brokers, and manage every load from search to delivery confirmation.
Standard dispatch starts at 5%.
Coordinating multiple drivers, fighting with brokers, and chasing paperwork is a full-time grind.
We handle the daily operational chaos and plan your fleet's routes systematically—saving you time and overhead.
Bad Lanes
Deadhead, tolls, waiting time. Weak reload areas.
Detention
Detention not followed up. Waiting time that never gets collected.
Layovers
Idle time between loads. Empty days between one load and the next.
fuel overspend
Fuel Inefficiency. Wrong fuel stops and missed fuel-card savings.
Bad loads, detention, idle time, and fuel overspend — combined monthly cost of an unplanned week
Check recent real examples from trucks managed through Newborn Dispatch.
Real examples from a specific period. Not a guarantee.
Results vary by truck type, market, authority age, broker acceptance, lane, timing, driver availability, and operating costs.
We take care of the daily administrative grind so you don't have to deal with last-minute broker calls and lost paperwork.
A straightforward, repeatable process to keep your trucks moving and profitable.
We learn your preferences: lanes, target rates, driver schedules, home-time, and areas to avoid.
We map out routes, plan fuel stops, and schedule where each driver finishes the week.
Either approve every run individually, or set pre-approved rules so we can book automatically.
We handle the daily grind: broker updates, check calls, paperwork, and detention claims.
Booked loads, gross, miles, RPM, and net performance per truck in one clean report.
Every dispatcher is selected, trained, and held to a standard, with management oversight so trucks are not going unsupported.
Drivers stay where they feel respected, supported, and heard.
Clear instructions, quick replies, not pressure or being ignored.
When the market allows, we plan around home-time goals and preferred lanes.
Pickup, delivery, broker notes, appointment times, no guessing.
Where available, we help drivers with shower credits at Love's stops.

Before Newborn, Bekir built banking and payment systems. Then he put his own trucks on the road and paid dispatchers himself. He saw exactly where money disappeared.
I spent years building systems where one missed detail cost real money. I run this desk the same way: managed, measured, and accountable. — Bekir S. Yenidogan, Owner — Newborn Logistics LLC

Choose the level of dispatch support that fits your operation. Standard Dispatch covers core dispatch work. Dispatch + Operations Support adds help with roadside issues, fuel optimization, maintenance planning, and paperwork submission.
New authority can still limit broker acceptance, available loads, and rates. Coordination and planning only. Newborn does not pay for fuel, repairs, towing, maintenance, fines, insurance, or truck operating costs.
Yes. Newborn Dispatch is built for owner-operators and small carriers with 1-5 trucks. We plan and track each truck individually while giving the fleet owner a clear view across the operation.
We document each truck's equipment, driver schedule, preferred lanes, home-time goals, rate expectations, areas to avoid, and booking rules. We then use those details to build the dispatch process and weekly plan for the fleet.
Yes. Each truck can have its own preferred lanes, destinations, schedule, home-time goals, and booking criteria. Loads are evaluated against the rules set for that specific truck and driver.
The Newborn dispatch desk handles broker communication, load updates, appointment details, rate confirmations, check calls, and paperwork follow-up. Drivers receive clear load information and know who to contact when an update or issue needs attention.
Your fleet works with a dispatcher who learns your operation, supported by management standards and backup coverage when the assigned dispatcher is unavailable.
The weekly report can include booked loads, gross revenue, loaded miles, rate per mile, fuel, dispatch fees, net performance, and detention status for each truck. The goal is to give the fleet owner a clear view of what happened across the week.
We review rate confirmations, track paperwork, follow up on PODs, and assist with detention and layover documentation. Operations Support also includes paperwork submission and additional coordination when operating issues affect a load.
With Dispatch + Operations Support, we coordinate roadside assistance, tire service, repairs, and towing while helping keep the driver and broker updated. The carrier remains responsible for all repair, towing, tire, and roadside costs.
Standard Dispatch is 5% of the gross revenue we book. Dispatch + Operations Support is 7% and adds fuel optimization, breakdown and repair coordination, preventive maintenance planning, and paperwork submission.
No. Results vary by truck type, equipment, authority age, broker acceptance, driver availability, lanes, timing, and market conditions. We report actual performance and can show real examples, but we do not promise a fixed weekly number.
Yes. New authority can limit broker acceptance, available loads, and rates, especially at the beginning. We plan around the options available while being clear about those limitations.
The service is month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
