On your own
- Broker calls you can't take at 65 mph
- Load boards after a full day

- Paperwork instead of sleep
- Nobody in your corner when it goes sideways
Dispatch Services for Owner-Operators
Stop dispatching from the driver's seat.
You've got enough to do keeping your truck on the road. We find the loads, negotiate with brokers, push for higher rates, and handle the paperwork — so your week is planned before you roll, not after.
After eleven hours driving, don't fight brokers for a backhaul. Skip it and the truck sits — sitting trucks don't pay notes.
Bad Lanes
Deadhead, tolls, waiting time. Weak reload areas.
Detention
Detention not followed up. Waiting time that never gets collected.
Layovers
Idle time between loads. Empty days between one load and the next.
fuel overspend
Fuel Inefficiency. Wrong fuel stops and missed fuel-card savings.
Bad loads, detention, idle time, and fuel overspend — combined monthly cost of an unplanned week
Check recent real examples from trucks managed through Newborn Dispatch.
Real examples from a specific period. Not a guarantee.
Results vary by truck type, market, authority age, broker acceptance, lane, timing, driver availability, and operating costs.
You drive. We do the rest of the job — the part that keeps you off the phone and out of the paperwork.

Week planning
A big rate today can still hurt if it drops you in a dead market or runs you empty on the way back.
Before we book, we look at where it leaves you — and whether it gets you home when you want to be home.
Fuel optimisation
Diesel swings by a lot across regions. When it saves you real money, we point you to the smarter stop for the lane you're running — not just the pump at the next exit.
Fuel optimization is part of Dispatch + Operation Support package (7%).

Before Newborn, Bekir built banking and payment systems. Then he put his own trucks on the road and paid dispatchers himself — the kind that booked the first load they saw and went quiet when a truck broke down.
I paid dispatchers who booked the first load they saw and went quiet when I broke down. So I built the desk I wish I'd had on the other end of the phone. — Bekir S. Yenidogan, Owner — Newborn Logistics LLC

We search for loads, communicate with brokers, negotiate rates, review rate confirmations, plan routes, follow up on detention and layovers, and help keep paperwork organized. The goal is to plan the week around your truck, not simply book the first available load.
We look beyond the posted rate. We consider deadhead, fuel, appointment timing, your available hours, the delivery market, and the next reload opportunity before recommending a load.
Yes. You can approve each load before it is booked, or set clear booking rules for your lanes, schedule, rate goals, and destinations. You can also decline a load that does not work for your operation.
Yes. We document your preferred lanes, areas to avoid, schedule, and home-time goals during onboarding. Market conditions and available freight still affect what is possible, but those preferences remain part of the weekly plan.
We use short texts and quick calls between stops. You receive the load details and updates you need without having to watch a load board or negotiate with brokers while driving.
You will need active authority, insurance, equipment details, and your preferred lanes and operating rules. We may also ask for recent operating numbers so we can better understand your current week and goals.
Dispatch + Operations Support includes coordination for roadside assistance, breakdowns, tires, repairs, and towing, along with preventive maintenance planning. We help coordinate the response and keep the broker informed, but the carrier remains responsible for the cost of the service or repair.
Standard Dispatch is 5% of gross. Dispatch + Operations Support is 7% of gross and includes additional coordination for fuel, breakdowns, repairs, towing, maintenance planning, and paperwork submission.
The service is month-to-month with no long-term lock-in.
